What Type of Exercise Is Best for my Dog?

The answer to this question depends on several factors. Firstly, there's your dog--his age, breed, and state of health. Then there's you and your health, too--how fit are you and what do you like to do for exercise? And then there's where you live--the climate and space available to you and your dog.

I would say to run with your dog mostly everyday.
Have him run with you.
It's a great workout for the dog, and yourself.
