Care for a fish : cleaning water Empty

Most fish need clean water to live in.
The question is: how do you change the water and when should I do it?

1. First of all, never pollute in your fish tank (or aquarium) even if your fish isn't in there. who knows what could be in that 2 month old sandwich that you never threw away because of lack of gloves. use a re-usable bag to store such items. (like the ones you get from stores.)

2. Get an extra place to put your fish in. Go ahead, put in an extra bowl. (Or bathtub.) Fish can't stay out of the water too long. Keep them somewhere with water until you're finished changing water.

3. When you're changing the water for your fish,(if you have a bowl) clean the inside of the bowl then rinse it out to make sure that all the soap is cleaned out.

4. Get some fresh water (water) and put it in. Not too much. About 3/4. (three quarters.)

5. Bring your newly cleaned bowl to the extra one (Or the bath) and put your fish or fishes in.

6. So, you ask, when should you change water? Once a week.
